We make it easy for you by offering on-site service to your home or office, including off-island, national and international assistance.

We also offer flat rate fixes for your desktop or laptop that we can do remotely over the internet (in other words we get to work and you get to stay in your PJ's).

System Tuneup $95:

• Includes full diagnostics
• All OS updates
• Performance-enhancing tweaks
• Scan for hardware driver issues.

Premium Fix $195:

• Includes "System Tuneup"
• Scan for viruses & spyware with removal if necessary
  
• Data transfer from broken PC to fixed PC if necessary for the repair
• FREE suite of Tech Tree PC approved software to help protect from viruses, spyware, hackers and other malicious things
• FREE take-home CD / DVD backup of important data*

Data Backup:

• Choose a plan that best suites your needs

Data Recovery $195:

• Includes full diagnostics, all OS updates and performance-enhancing tweaks
• Data Recovery -Back up your important data to DVD. *
• If we fail to recovery your data, we will refund the entire amount for the Data Recovery job.

Hard Drive Delete $75:

• This is more than a "format", we use software based on military standards to totally "wipe clean" the Hard Disk Drive.
• Once the drive is clean we prepare it to be used again
• This is useful if you are giving the PC away to a family member, friend or charity

*  If the data is more than 2 DVDs then the client must provide an external hard drive / thumb drive to migrate the data to or they can purchase one from us.
